The Solution:
With SmartSource’s PMO and field network of 6,000+ Engineers they were able to successfully support this client request for the SDWAN Upgrade across a nationwide footprint. SmartSource Engineers removed old equipment, installed new equipment and provided cutover with remote assistance from the end client’s IT team. The SmartSource PMO team and onsite Engineers utilized Clients unique platform to track site progress.
