The Solution:
SmartSource’s Enterprise scalable solution allowed their Targeted and selected team to rapidly deploy Field Engineers to 1248 retail Automotive Sites in an after hours Upgrade deployment enabling additional initiatives for the go forward technology strategies to the Customer’s Book of Business. Full upgrade included on site survey to then real time solution up to 36 Low voltage drops terminating to a network cabinet including patch to Meraki 48 port Managed switch and Firewall with Sim Card for cellular failover. Inclusive to this upgrade are terminated future technology service loops in preparation for future technologies. SmartSource also developed a full communications and reporting plan to work daily with the Customer’s support team for real time updates and Quality Assurance targeted paths.
