The Need: Sports stadium hardware installation services in various locations across the United States and other global regions

- Number of Sites: 100 locations thus far
- Estimated Hours to Complete: 8-24 hours per location depending on size and scope
The Solution:
SmartSource’s field technicians installed hardware and provided cable installation services for pre-determined configurations at specified locations using client-provided documentation. Verification of hardware packages, server, IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server were performed prior to installation. Post-installation testing was also done to ensure the hardware was properly connected to the network and camera/sound configurations were correct.
Unique Challenges:
- International adjustments to onsite materials/equipment needed upon arrival since site surveys were not done as part of this engagement
- Accommodating requests to schedule locations in the United States on short notice
- Continuing COVID-19 challenges
