The Solution:
SmartSource’s scalable solution allowed their carefully curated team to rapidly deploy field engineers to over 1,400 dental office locations. Employing a two-phased project approach, Windows 7 machines were upgraded to Windows 10 machines in support of the client’s multi-level, national software upgrade initiatives outlined in the Customer’s Book of Business as a go-forward technology strategy. From SmartSource’s field network of 6,000+ engineers, targeted groups of field engineers were selected and onboarded by the PMO support team with a singular focus on this client’s dedicated need. Additionally, all client communication was coordinated through the SmartSource enhanced client portal system to schedule and communicate any daily schedule and delivery changes. Finally, a dedicated help desk support team was created under the SmartSource roof to support the day-to-day field engineering team and provide a full turnkey solution for the client.
