A meticulously planned two-phased project approach was employed, seamlessly transitioning Windows 7 machines to Windows 10 systems. SmartSource’s extensive field network of over 6,000 engineers enabled the careful selection and onboarding of targeted groups of field engineers, exclusively dedicated to meeting the client’s specific requirements. Effective communication between the client and SmartSource was facilitated through our enhanced client portal system, ensuring streamlined scheduling and prompt updates on daily schedules and delivery changes. Furthermore, a dedicated help desk support team was established within SmartSource, providing comprehensive assistance to the field engineering team and delivering a complete turnkey solution for the client.
