Large nationwide bank with hundreds of branches throughout North America.
The Need:
Tech Need: 200 technicians, capable of passing a thorough drug test and finger printing process.
Skill Set: L1 & L2 Technicians
Challenge: After hours, on President’s Day weekend.
The Solution:
SmartSource’s partner needed help recruiting and managing 200 technicians for a large national bank conversion project.
The project duration was 6 days, over the Presidents Day weekend.
Long hours, 4:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
We also scheduled backup technicians, roughly 40 to ensure we had 100% of the techs required to complete the project on time.
The team was responsible for logistics, moving techs to sites nearby, rerouting, etc.
Constant communication with the technicians & clients happened through a live portal, which monitored updates & milestones.
